Do popups and login walls hide my content from AI?
They can. Google says content that appears only after a login, a user action or lazy loading may not be seen, and that blocked scripts and pages are not rendered. Find which key pages hide content this way and decide what to open up. If you gate content on purpose, mark it correctly so it isn't mistaken for cloaking.

What Google says about hidden and gated content
Straight from Google's documentation. The other engines have not published the same detail.
Logins, user actions and blocked files
Google says pages behind a login should return a 401, content that only appears after a user action may not be seen, and blocked resources are not rendered.
JavaScript SEO basicsServer-side rendering helps bots that skip scripts
Google still recommends server-side or pre-rendering, which helps users, crawlers and bots that can't run JavaScript. A page that sends an empty shell depends on scripts running.
JavaScript SEO basicsGated content needs markup
Google allows gated content to be crawled if the markup identifies which parts are paywalled. Showing Googlebot different content than users see, without that markup, breaks its spam policy.
Paywalled content structured dataFive steps to find and fix hidden content
Do it by hand with these steps, or hand the whole thing to Nova.
List pages with gates or popups
Note pages that use logins, cookie or email popups, tabs, accordions, infinite scroll or heavy scripts to show content.
Nova: finds pages where key content isn't in the first HTML.
View the page without scripts
Disable JavaScript or use view-source and check what text appears. Compare it with what a visitor sees.
Nova: compares the raw HTML with the rendered page.
Check login and status codes
Confirm gated pages return a sensible status, such as 401 for logins, and that public pages return 200.
Nova: checks the status code of each page.
Decide what to open
For each wall, decide whether the content should be public. Open what supports buying decisions, such as pricing and features.
Nova: suggests which gated content to open.
Mark what stays gated
If content stays gated by choice, use the markup Google describes so the gating is clear. Then recheck the pages.
Nova: drafts the markup for your approval and re-checks.

Take it to NovaEvery wall, what it hides and the fix
| Page | Wall | Hidden from crawlers | Fix |
|---|---|---|---|
| /pricing | Script-loaded plans | Yes, prices appear after load | Render prices in the HTML |
| /guide | Email gate | Yes, full text | Open the guide, or mark it gated |
| /features | Tabs | Partly | Show text by default |
Nova then re-checks the pages after each change, so you see which content crawlers can now read.
